We’ve developed the Live Curriculum as a cohesive, four-year plan for your youth ministry, using a 36-week ministry calendar year. The lessons are designed to flow from one topic to the next, and each year builds on the previous years. But since we know every ministry is different we give you the option of taking it apart, shifting around the pieces, and using the lessons in whatever order you’d like. You can prayerfully schedule the lessons as you sense God’s direction in your ministry. It’s all good!
With a price tag of $499 you will receive all 4 years of material (that's less than $3.50 per week) that can be used in any ministry format and is being taught to age groups ranging from middle school to post high school/college. By making simple adjustments based off your ministry’s DNA you can adapt the LIVE curriculum to any or all of these age groups. And with Years 1 - 4 available you’ll save yourself countless hours of planning. (Additional access to the online delivery engine is $99 a year starting in year 2)

You’ll know what your small groups will be discussing six months from now, so parents will gain more confidence in your ministry, and along the way, you’ll provide them with resources to spark conversation and dialogue in the home. I think Live is a great resource. The material alone is wonderful but when you add in the tech stuff like the text message, the parent follow up, the adult workers can log on at any time and down load their lesson, and the ability to plan out months in advance you have a winner. I am always looking for ways to save time and money and use technology to my advantage and Live does just that. Thanks SYM and Group for coming up with a winner. |

They want how much?!?!?!
That was my first reaction when I looked at the Live Curriculum, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that reaction.
Please believe me that it has been worth every penny! The lessons are PACKED with great, BIBLE BASED thoughts and discussion. This is a youth pastor's dream curriculum.
It is multi-sensory, discussion based, deep and relevant. It is easy to use, cool looking and organized. It is fun. It is the complete package.
I have been so impressed and it has freed me up to focus on different things (don't get me wrong, you'll still need to prep, but it won't take you as long).
One feature I've used is the parent form email they provide every week. I tweak it to my specific group and the feedback I've received from the parentals has been outstanding. What a huge thing to have buy-in from the parents.
I could go on and on about this curriculum. I just want to encourage you to buy it. You will be thankful you did. |

After graduating Bible College and having more of an idea of what to look for in a curriculum, I have to admit, that 'Live' gives me everything that I am looking for:
1) It is deeply Scripturally based. (No more lessons that rely on one verse!)
2) It is discussion based. (It gets the students to start to think for themselves. Imagine students owning their faith.)
3) It has a letter (email) for the parents with every lesson. (No more leaving them in the dark!)
4) They have a sweet set up online for easy access for all my leaders. (No more leaving them in the dark as well!)
5) No giant sized box of stuff you don't need. (And no worries about where to store it afterwards!)
6) This is not just a Bible study. But a tool that helps them to see who they are in Christ.
It is worth looking into!

We here at Hope Summit Christian Church really appreciate the time, effort, and prayer put into the LIVE Curriculum. We use it as a supplement to our Midweek program, instead of a stand alone small group curriculum. I prepare my talks around the topics laid out before me, and then the students are able to go to another whole level with the small group questions.
Even with all that said, the extras like videos, texts, and notes to parents makes LIVE a very user friendly product. My favorite part of the curriculum is that there is not a message that comes along with it. Some may wish it did come with a message, but I like to dig, flesh out, and help bring to life the message 'almost' laid out for me with the material. It feels like constructing a message week after week, with all of the extras already done for you. Thank You Simply for making this a great product. |
