God has a plan for everyone’s life. We just have to discover how God has shaped each and every one of us in a unique way. Through this 6-week series your students will discover how their ability, passions, and personality has shaped them to carry out the plan God has for their life. Get your students ready to jump into a ministry where they can fulfill this plan!

Week 1 - Learning How God Has Shaped You
This message prepares students to learn about how God has uniquely shaped them for serving him. As you teach this series to students, it will be exciting to watch the lights come on in their minds as they begin to internalize the truth that God has a purpose for them. They will be amazed to learn how He gave them spiritual gifts, hearts of passion, abilities, and personalities for serving him. He also wants to use their experiences (both painful and good) to help others.

Week 2 - Congratulations! You're Gifted!
Many students sit on the sidelines watching adults run the world around them. They believe they are along for the ride until they pass the adolescent finish line and cross into adulthood. This message will clearly show them that they were given a spiritual gift when they said yes to Christ and He wants them to use that gift now to serve others. In this message, students will learn how to put their gifts into action.

Week 3 - What's Love Got To Do With It?
Everybody loves something. They have passion. They get excited or defensive about certain issues. God gives these passions to us for the sake of serving him. This message is designed to help students see that God left clues inside us to help us see how He wants to use us. He made each of us passionate about different issues so that we would know how He wanted to use us.

Week 4 - Abilities! What A Great Opportunity
Once we establish our passion, we need to realize how our God-given abilities determine how we live out our passion. A student who has a passion for worship, for instance, but doesn’t have a singing ability, may fulfill her passion by playing an instrument. This message is designed to help students see a clear picture of how their attributes work together to serve God by serving others.

Week 5 - Personality - Appreciating Your Uniqueness
When students are approached with opportunities, you can see it in their eyes whether they are afraid, eager, or bored with your request. This message is designed to help students see that their God-given personality determines where they will serve. Students who are afraid to be in front of others (typically introverted) will want to serve behind the scenes while extroverted students are comfortable serving in front of others. Neither is wrong, both introverted and extroverted personalities are essential to the body of Christ.

Week 6 - Watch God Transform Your Past
Every believer has a story to tell about God’s work in their life. While some students have stories about how God has kept them safe from trouble, others can tell how God has brought them through horrible circumstances, trials, or poor decisions and given them a new start. Whatever students have experienced, this message will open their eyes to how God wants to use all types of experiences to help others know him better.
