KidUnique Video Workshop, an engaging DVD training resource.
This resource will equip adults to powerfully impact kids by clarifying the four windows through which we see themÑobservation, exploration, affirmation, and revelationÑand present a simple system for collecting insights that a kid will carry into the future. Webster will lead you through 11 teaching sessions, each lasting between 10 and 15 minutes. The training includes hands-on, experiential activities that will reinforce the teaching you just heard.

Dan Webster is an author, teacher, communicator, mentor, and founder of Authentic Leadership, Inc. (authenticleadershipinc.com). For more than thirty years he has worked with and developed leaders ranging from youth pastors to company presidents.
